Return & Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the option for returns and exchanges to customers who are not completely satisfied with our products. Our return policy is subject to the following conditions:

Return Period and Conditions:

  • Products must be returned to our store within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned product must be unused, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, in the case of jewelry items, they must be unused and in their original packaging for returns.

Return Procedure:

  1. Before returning any product to our store, please contact our customer service department. This will allow us to assist you and expedite the process.
  2. Returned items must be securely packaged along with the original invoice or purchase receipt.
  3. Once the returned items reach our store and undergo inspection, the return process will commence.
  4. Upon approval of the return, either a refund will be initiated or a new item for exchange will be dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry and accessories that have been used for personal hygiene purposes.
  • Custom orders or specially designed items.
  • Products that do not meet the return conditions or have been used or damaged.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange requests can be accommodated with a similar available product in our inventory or a different product as per the customer’s preference. However, the exchanged item must meet the return conditions.
